How do you send a link in an email that allows clients to choose a time to have a zoom call?

I'm wondering how to send out an email to my clients where they can click a link that brings them to a page where they can schedule a day and time that works best for them to have a zoom call with me.

How can I do this, and what is the best way?

Calendly has Zoom integration. With Calendly, you set the times you can meet, and users click the calendar and book a time to meet with you. I've received calendar links, and I get a Zoom invite after scheduling.

There are a few similar integrations like this with Zoom: 10to8 Scheduling, AcuityCalendly (as mentioned by @chrismenard7) and others. These would suite your needs, but you would need to check the features and design of each to determine which you would want to use.

    1. Sign in to the Zoom Desktop Client.
    2. Schedule a meeting.
    3. Click the Meetings tab.
    4. Select the meeting that you want to invite others to and click Copy Invitation. The meeting invitation will be copied and you can paste that information into an email or anywhere else you would like to send it out.
