How do you give yourself admin rights if you are a licensed owner?

Hi

I am trying to take the password off my Zoom room and use just the waiting room, but when I try to do this it says I have to have admin rights. I am the owner on the security settings and try as I might, I cannot work out how to make myself an admin as well. There are no other users.

Can anyone help?

Becca

Hi @BeccaC-H as an owner/admin, you will need to go https://zoom.us/account/setting and disable "Require a passcode when scheduling new meetings"

Check to see if you are an Owner Role https://zoom.us/role#/, click into "owner"

Where you can configure the role settings under Account Management > Account settings ensuring that you have view/edit both checked, scoped for the entire account.
