How do you add people to invite list for a meeting?

New user here. I can set up meeting but how do you add names to invite?

Forgot to say. I can set the meeting up but when sent no one recieves? Need help with adding the e mail addresses appears no e mail addresses attached and I dont know how to attach?

I have the same issue. Tried the phone number, but want a six=digit number that I do not have.
