How create transcript from a recording

I have a cloud recording of a presentation in Zoom. Can Zoom create a transcript of the audio? I did not turn on transcription before the presentation.

Hi @HughDoch, welcome to the Zoom community! There is currently no way to create an audio transcription after the presentation, but if you follow these steps below, we can help trigger the transcription on the backend for you. 

1. Enable audio transcription in your account settings. Instructions here: https://support.zoom.us/hc/en-us/articles/4409311220621-Enabling-or-disabling-audio-transcription-fo... 
2. Send @Bort the recording details (meeting ID and start time) in a private message. This information can be found on your account's Recordings tab.

I am also looking for a way to make a transcript from my recording.  I clicked record instead of transcribe at the start of the meeting.  😞
