I'm using Windows 11 and Camtasia 2023, both latest updates

I activated closed captions in Zoom, and after recording a test I uploaded the file to Camtasia editing software. But the captions aren't visible. In addition, the caption file in the Zoom folder can't be uploaded to Camtasia (wrong type).

Has anyone solved this problem? Is there another button to click that I've missed?
