How can I find recurring, anytime meetings in the desktop client?

Since the last update, I can no longer see any of my recurring, anytime meetings under the meeting tab. Does anyone know how I can access them in the desktop client or is this another thing that I must do from the browser?

I am having the same problem. Can't find on the new Zoom Workplace, when I go to the Meetings Tab, where my recurring meetings (or scheduled meetings) are... Terrible!

This is REALLY annoying Zoom! Why have you done this?

First you took away our ability to schedule no fixed time recurring meetings within the desktop client, now we can't even see the meetings that are scheduled. What's the point of even having the client if I have to login through a browser to perform even the simplest operations.

If Zoom doesn't fix this soon I am going to start exploring a different platform.

I checked my desktop client and the recurring meetings are visible again. Instructions on how to view recurring meetings are here:

it did not work for me. It said to go to "meetings" but since I don't have any other meetings (not including my anytime meetings) there was nothing there. Very frustrating. I can only go to the actual website (not desktop) to find older (not recent) ones I scheduled.

If you haven't already figured this part out. I found this very helpful.

Turn off  "Merge Meetings and Calendar tabs" in the Meeting section of the settings panel in your account on the Zoom.us website. When you do this all your recurring meetings will show up in the Upcoming tab in the Meetings tab on the Zoom Workplace desktop app. They will be large and executable and not just the tiny recurring listings in the RecurringMeetings> section at the bottom of the Home tab or merged Meeting and Calendar tab

I cannot find any "Merge Meetings and Calendar tabs" anywhere in the settings.

Hello @nannacecilie,

The setting for merging the Meetings and Calendar tabs was removed from the Web portal on September 16, 2024. For Zoom Workplace app version 6.2.0 and higher, the tabs are now permanently merged to enhance visibility of calendar views and meeting details. More details on this change are available in our support article: Using the merged Meetings and Calendar tabs. Using the "Agenda" option will provide a view that is more similar to the previous Meetings view rather than a full calendar view

If you would like to submit a feature request regarding the Calendar view, you can do so using the Give Feedback tab within the Zoom client.

Thank you, and have a great day!

You may have to have a paid account to do this.

Go to your account on the website zoom.us

On the sidebar, the 15th down in the list is Settings, Click on it.

In the settings panel screen It says AI Companion. General. Meeting, recording, etc

Click on Meeting.

In the screen that opens The top option is "Merge Meeting and Calendar Tabs".  Turn this off.

(If you don't see it, and the first option is "Show invited Zoom Meetings without..." then it may just be for paid accounts.)

If you turned it Off; then when you go to your desktop Zoom client, the meetings tab should have a window that shows all your recurring meetings in the sidebar. Make sure you have clicked on "Upcoming" and not "Recorded" at the top of the sidebar.

Yes, this change was terrible. A while ago, I found a way to show the meeting tab again but the Zoom changed settings again. I cannot find [Merge Meeting and Calendar Tabs] anymore. We should be able to access recurring meeting IDs more easily.

(Jan. 27, 2025), When I looked at my Zoom app home page, "open recordings" now appears where my recurring meetings appeared. When I come to offer my training session and I can't get into my own meeting, it's embarrassing and frustrating. It can have an impact on my bottom line. When I read messages from your service staff about how using your calendar can solve this (or other solutions), I find this frustrating as I don't have the sense that you are genuinely hearing what is not working for me or care to address it. I am feeling so frustrated - and it has taken up so much of my time - that I am considering finding a different service provider, though I like many features in Zoom.

So, my questions:

1) Where can I access my recurring meeting?

2) If you have removed these (or moved these, again), what rationale do you have for that from an internal Zoom perspective?  To understand what impact these meetings have on your system, might give me some more understanding. (Please do not tell me it is better for me. Call me and I can explain why this is NOT working for me).

3) If you want me to use your calendar linking system in Zoom, what is your rationale for that? It does not work for me because there is no option to give custom names to my meetings without this changing the name of the other training meetings using the same line. I use the same line because this gives me ease and supports clarity for my clients. So, using your calendar system is not an option for me at this time. As others have said on this forum, furthermore, they find it invasive to use it, and I don't get a sense that anyone using recurring meetings has been heard. I have a sense that they really want choice.

I suspect that this desire for choice and to be heard is stronger because, with large service providers generally, it seems that clients - clients - voices are not being heard. My view is that we are given public relations messages that do not actually address our needs or receive "help" from AI instead of personal service.  E.g. Calendly chat bot - sorry, Calendly, not cutting it for me. E.g. Utilities no longer providing paper statements; you can get ease individually looking up each of your individual utilities to learn about what we, the service provider, is billing you. Isn't it wonderful! No, actually).

So, not being heard, Zoom, is even more painful.  Last I knew, we were clients.... can you help us out? Quite frustrated  (Zoom service staff, if you do not have the autonomy or authority or knowledge to answer, will you please involve a manager?)

Today, I can see recurring under meetings, in the app, again. Thank you!  I also saw that I can still access these by logging into the back end through my browser. Less convenient, for sure, but a back up option. Relieved!  Please keep these options available.

I was able to access a "meet anytime" meeting by changing the date range at the top of the upcoming meetings section to a date in 2026.  Then the meeting showed up and I could edit it.  Otherwise, I have not been able to see my meet anytime meeting.

Check the "Upcoming" and "Recurring" Tabs – Some meeting platforms move recurring meetings to a separate tab.
Sign Out & Sign Back In – This can refresh your meeting list and sync with your account.
Update the Desktop Client – Ensure you're using the latest version of your meeting app.
Verify Calendar Integration – If your meetings are synced with Outlook or Google Calendar, check if they appear there.
Use the Web Version – If meetings don’t appear in the client, check if they are accessible via the browser.
