How To Disable Zoom Workplace on Meeting Startup?

I know Zoom is very excited about the addition of the Zoom Workplace.

But I don't use it, and don't want it on my screen.

Now, every time I start a new Zoom meeting, the Workplace window also starts up/displays.

Don't want that, and don't want to have to click the red-dot close window button every time.

Is there a Setting that permanently disables the appearance of the Zoom Workplace window on my meeting startup?

I agree so much. I like when companies consider take into account the experience that users want to have with their products rather than prioritizing the experience they want their users to have. The simple option of letting us choose to not have to see Zoom Workplace every time we launch - because we don't want to see it and are then required to close it every single time - just makes the user frustrated.
