I had a meeting, and I recorded it locally. I have found the recording file (M4A), but I need to convert it to an (MP4), for the attendees need to se it so that they can evaluate the speech that was given. Can someone please help me, I really need this for a speech class that I am taking?

The conversion functionality offered by the video hosting platforms is probably the easiest way of doing the conversion.
Otherwise, FFmpeg is a popular tool for audio/video conversion, but not easy to use:

Dear @Poppe73 ,
A file with the ending .m4a is an mp4 file that only contains audio. So, technically speaking it is an mp4 file, and you do not need to do anything.
Are you recording audio only intentionally, or do you want to also record video?

Thank you for the explanation, no I was needing to record the meeting, so I upload it and convert it to a YouTube video.
