I am a participant on Zoom and recently was prompted to upgrade my Zoom. Now my laptop is freezing the video of my host, audio is working fine. The Zoom on my Iphone is working fine. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled the Zoom a couple of times and that does not seem to fix the issue on my laptop. Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank you

I'm on a Mac desktop. The audio intermittently goes out then comes back 3 seconds later. The video is fine throughout and no one else on the Zoom call is having a problem. Then I get a quick notice that my internet connection is unstable. I have Spectrum install a new line and my company has given me a good Ethernet cable connection and all is attached well. So annoying. HELP!
