Host unable to access documents in a chat from a zoom meeting - can you help me?

I can access the chat with the messages but not the documents.

I know the documents are somewhere as the history of the meeting is showing they are there.  But I can't download them.  I click to download them and it won't work.

How do I access them.  Any help gratefully received.
