I have an online learning platform where I also offer a coaching program. In this online program, participants make their own appointments for an online coaching session. This is done through an embedded calendar from Calendly. The appointment is linked to the paid account of the coach I work with. Making and confirming this appointment all goes very well also the zoom link is created. However, the problem is that when the coach clicks in the link in Outlook calendar she is not a Host and when she logs in from Zoom she is. The coach has a paid account from my organization( I am owner she is admin with both a PRO account)
