Host & Co-Host to Communicate with user in Waiting Room

Hi All, 

I'm wondering if Zoom can have a feature to allow Host or Co-Host to communicate with users in the waiting room with the capability to see what type of devices that they are joining and to possible have a kind of rights (Remote desktop features) to help them rename their profile prior allowing them to join into the main room? 

We have users who are very non computer literate and mostly elderly also especially when they join in using devices. 

 We want to identify the participants  before allowing them to join in the meeting and this will help us to improve our attendance tracking in a meeting. Any thoughts on this?

You can customize your waiting room with instructions on how to update their name. You can also chat with people in the waiting room.
