Host a zoom and have someone join from Ireland

I set up a zoom session for someone in Ireland to join. It seems they are unable to join. How does this work?

In general, Zoom Meetings should be accessible regardless of where the attendees are located. Check your meeting settings to ensure you have not restricted access by country.
