Hello, I would like to schedule a meeting with new applicants but I don't want them to see each other or see names. Only I can then. Does this work then ?

This will not be possible with Zoom Meetings, as all participants in a meeting can see and hear each other. 

You might consider scheduling each applicant for a separate meeting, or ensuring that Waiting Room is enabled, so that you can allow the applicants in one-at-a-time to ensure they are not aware of each other.
