Help! I cannot access my paid account.
I cannot access my paid account. I created a Zoom meeting this past Wednesday morning, but I could not login to my account to have the scheduled meeting for Bible Study on Wednesday evening. I have not talked to a person who could help me, yet. When I enter my Apple info, it takes me back to re-enter my info again. I am unable to access any account info. When I tried to enter my account using my email and password, it started me a new free account versus opening my paid account. I don't know where to submit a ticket and contacting Agents leads to automated robots. Frustrated. Please help!
