I have a Windows 11 laptop. When I join a meeting via web browser, everything works fine. I hear the sound through the speakers and when I plug in wired headphones to the headphone jack, the sound comes through the headphones.
When I use the zoom app. the sound won't come through the headphones. It comes through the speakers fine, but when I plug the headphones in, the sound still comes through the speakers. Does anyone know how to fix this? I have already uninstalled and reinstalled zoom.

Can you please try to manually select the headphones as your mic and speaker?
You can do this via Settings->Audio or by clicking the up-caret next to your mute button (bottom of Zoom window) when in a call:
Please ensure that your headphones are manually selected as speaker (and most likely mic as well, if these have an integrated microphone).

Thank you, that fixed it for me.
This was making me crazy.
