Until recently all the Board members in our non- profit organization were able to schedule meetings using the president's account. Now only the president can schedule meetings. Other Board members cannot schedule meetings because they are not using the same computer as the president.
Is it possible to enable all Board members to schedule meetings using their own computer and the president's account ?

Hi @DennisM
Not sure what changed to affect the board member's access, as I don't fully know how they were doing this in the first place, but if you need multiple users scheduling for each other, then using scheduling privilege would be the best route. This allows licensed users on the same account to schedule meetings for each other, directly from within their Zoom account.
Hope that helps and let me know if you have any further questions. Otherwise, make sure to mark the solution as accepted if this information is what you needed.
