Hate newest update - how to turn off center stage and how to adjust lighting

Just got a new computer (Mac) and so I downloaded the latest version of ZOOM and I absolutely hate it.

I do lessons on ZOOM, and this Center Stage "feature" makes that difficult as it keeps focusing on and following me, which means it's difficult to share things outside of my face, which I don't want it to be zooming in on in the first place.

And in previous versions, I could adjust the lighting to make up for the lighting situation in my room, but now all there are are filters. Where are the lighting settings?

If there isn't a solution, I'm going to have to cancel my ZOOM subscription and find some other option.
