HELP: no camera for Zoom calls (but camera works for all else)

Yep, I've tried EVERYTHING I can try over the past two days to get my webcam working on Zoom calls. No dice.

All the install/uninstall/reinstall/update/turn off/turn on/stand on your head - spin three ways anti-clockwise while singing Hallelujah backwards - yep, tried everything.

Any tips not already published somewhere online would be gratefully received and faithfully applied.

    Hi @EmJay! I know it's been a few days since you initially posted this, but are you still having this issue? If so, have you ensured all other apps that might be using your camera are closed out?

    Hi Bri - and thanks for your offer of help. I'd love for you to help resolve the problem.

    I've tried everything - including making sure no other apps with permission to use camera are open and using the camera.

    What else comes to mind? 🙂
