HELP I can't get zoom to install on my macbook

My zoom wouldnt open so i uninstalled it, and tried to reinstall it and it wont reinstall and I've missed work meetings all week because zoom doesnt offer customer service with a pro plan.

Zoom Support availability varies by the type of account you have.

 

For Pro accounts, increased access to Support depends on your monthly subscription totals - and this is a new thing, so I'm not exactly sure how that "subscription total" is calculated.  See this page - scroll down about a third of the screen, and if you're the account owner/admin, click the Owner/Admin tab:

If you'd like me to help, provide some details of what you've tried, and what indications you're getting.  I'm not a "Mac person", but I have a Mac Mini running Monterey 12.6 - I might be able to provide some guidance.

 

Note that you can launch Zoom in a web browser as well, as a workaround until you can get Zoom installed.
