Hello,
When I try to join or start a Zoom meeting, I get a black screen with a pic of a grey lockbox. I have tried hitting the F8 key to no avail. Can someone help me? See below. And it says on bottom menu, my video is on!

Pressing the F8 key for me did not work. I took mine to the Geek quad and they said it was a setting that was "locked" on my laptop under the brand settings. I have a Lenovo and had to change the setting there. Hope this helps!
