Hi,

It seems there are still grey boxes that show the zoom controls in screen share to users even after disabling it in the web client.

Thanks,

Shawn

Hey @Shawnloveshorse, this might be due to the Zoom windows not being shown during the meeting. If you go within your Zoom Desktop Client settings under 'Share Screen' you can enable 'Show my Zoom Windows to other participants when I am screen sharing"

Hi RN!

We wish to be able to not see the grey boxes in the screen, we have the "Show Zoom Windows" disabled in the settings.

Thanks,

Shawn

Hi there, this option isn't available under the 'share screen' tab on my settings. please can you suggest an alternative way of getting rid of the grey boxes?
