Grey Background

I can not "see" the background behind me. I just get this grey box. I can use other backgrounds but would prefer to show my actual environment. I have reinstalled app and am using the latest version (6.4.6). Using MacAir (13", M3, 2024), OS Sequoia 15.3.2. Thanks!

Ha! I solved my own problem. The Sequoia FaceTime app has a change the background feature which Zoom is picking up. 

Solution, launch FaceTime, and go to the FT icon in your menu bar (upper rightish). Pull down that menu and go to background. You turn off the background by hitting the circle on the LEFT side. Wowza...this issue dogged me. Glad to have it solved.
