Just this week, a green rectangle is now on my top tool bar and every time I join a zoom, the green rectangle has a pop-up that says my Reactions are turned off. I have to "x out" the pop-up box multiple times to make it go away. How do I turn this off completely?

This is a MacOS issue and the community has not unanimously agreed on a fix as of the date of this post.
