Green Background with "None" selected

I have been running Zoom meetings on my MacBook Pro for years with great success.   Recently when using my video on Zoom, my camera now broadcasts a green screen when no back ground is selected in the video function.   The Zoom green screen button is turned off.   The MBP camera works fine in other applications.

I have uninstalled and downloaded Zoom with no luck.   I would welcome any thoughts on how to resolve this as the video quality is horrible and disruptive.   On a Zoom call yesterday the green screen effect was completely covering me over during the meeting.   Humorous for sure but very unproductive.

Thanks for any hel
