Grabaciones en la nube eliminadas sadsadsa

Saludos.Se venció mi cuenta Zoom y cuando realicé el pago se habían eliminado todas mis grabaciones de la nube.¿Cómo puedo recuperar esas grabaciones? Gracias asdsadsada sadsadas

    Hi @josepd ,

     

    Was the Zoom account deleted or deactivated? If the account was deactivated, you may be able to still retrieve the old recordings. I recommend reviewing this article for instructions: Recover a deleted cloud recording.

     

    Let me know if that helps. If the account was deleted, unfortunately, once a user is deleted, all the data is gone and there is no way for Zoom to recover any info.
