Google Calendar - Zoom Link does not work when transferring ownership of a calendar event

Hi! 

I often plan meetings for other people in my team. We use the Google Calendar Zoom integration. 

When I transfer ownership of a calendar event, the participants cannot use the Zoom link anymore (I assume because I am still the host of the Zoom event). 

Does anyone know a good workaround?

Seems we need to cancel Zoom.  I called their useless customer service and it hung up.  It doesn't make sense and even the calendar isn't populating titles anymore.  I think it's time to just find something better and more affordable than Zoom.
