Glitchy Zoom

I am experiencing audio and video glitching.  This is not normal; I tutor kids daily and typically have many tabs open at a time during my Zoom call.  These last few days, I have only three tabs open with Zoom and it is really draggy/laggy.  I get a window saying that I need to close tabs to improve connection.

Just did a speed test...upload is 932 and download is 933.  Thank you!
