Generating a text transcript (vtt) after an interview has occurred

I'd be grateful for any advice or insights about creating a text transcript (vtt) once a recording/interview has been completed. I forgot to indicate to Zoom that I wanted to create a text file of a particular interview.

I also need to know how to get the audio transcript of a finished meeting in Zoom. I tried changing the configuration but it did not work.
