Garbled Audio when sharing Computer Sound in Macbook

I can't use the share computer audio feature of Zoom using my Macbook Air. All the participants can hear is a garbled sound whenever I try to share a screen with audio or use the share Computer Audio. I tried to do research but all the troubleshooting steps I tried failed. Can anyone with a similar experience help?

      I am having this issue as well. All audio I share is garbled. Have turned off and on audio settings to no avail. Reinstalled Zoom to most updated version. Still no luck.

        We are having the same issue for a few of our computers (all Macs), any solution yet?

        Same issue here. I was able to use it a few weeks ago when I clicked 'share sound' at the bottom left of the share screen, but now no good.
