I led a Zoom today with 4 total users. One of the users did not have a "View" option on her screen (neither the icon nor a working menu); as a result, she could not select Gallery to see all parties at the same time. Is there a setting she should check to enable that menu on her Zoom screen?

Did you ever get anyone to respond or find out the answer? I have been having the same issue for months now as well, and no one seems to know what is going on

An answer finally popped up today - but doesn’t appear to solve the issue according to the user who was having the problem.
