I saw your original post and am curious how you solved it.  Would you mind sharing?

My suggestion was going to be to Screen Share, but the issue there is that the iPhone won't easily share the full screen view of the camera.  It's easy to share a USB camera from a Windows PC, but doing it on the iPhone/iPad has always been elusive for me.
