When viewing recordings in an i-frame on a 3rd party application(LMS) within a browser it gives an error stating "Format not supported"

Hi @itjaro ,
I would recommend uninstalling Zoom and then trying again to see if that helps resolve the issue. Otherwise, to best troubleshoot, please share what system and browser you are using.
