Forced to record meeting in basic?

In the last year I have not used zoom as often so I switched to a basic subscription.  I scheduled a meeting. When I started the meeting, a pop up appeared that said "Meeting will be recorded. (Disclaimer generated by account admin)".  Yet, I have not enabled auto recording. I've removed all potential references to any recoding and removed "enable chat" as one google search said that this feature enabled recording. I've gone over all my meeting, scheduling and recording menus and options. 

I can't use zoom without agreeing to the recording? What am I missing?
