Firefly.ai tries to access my Zoomroom and is not authorised to do so

PS: my main concern here.....how does Firefly.ai even know that my meeting is starting??

Firefly.ai tries to access my Zoomroom and is not authorised to do so. This is annoying. I have reported it several times, but nothing much seems to be done with it. I am worried about the overall access of these sort of 3rd party apps. It is probably able to access on behalf of an external guests who has connected their email calendar to Firefly. You can enable a waiting room and require authentication to prevent Firefly notetaker from joining. Alternatively there is an app, Meetinguard, that can prevent third party notetakers from joining your Zoom meetings uninvited.
