Filters are gone! ?!?! (And I've tried everything 'online' to fix it.)

I've used Zoom for years.

I use the filter (the first one) every meeting, b/c it keeps me from having to mess with my settings on my camera.  That filter does most of what I would do.

 

But... about 2 months ago, it was just... Gone.  (The option for filters at all, was gone.)

 

I've updated to the newest version.

I've uninstalled and reinstalled

I've gone into settings to make sure they are turned on.

 

Nothing.

    I have the same issue. Everything I says tells me to turn the toggle on, but I don't even have the option in Advanced Settings to turn the toggle on.

    And no one (even in this community) seems to care to help.  ha. 

     

    I've submitted tickets to Zoom.  If I get any answers, I promise to come back here and post it.

     

    So frustrating, with seemingly no course of solution.

    There are several other threads on this.  The final ridiculous answer I have gotten is "This feature is not available in your area." Right.  They're boycotting Chicago? I'm convinced there's a conflict buried in some accounts' setup info in their system (sorry for the vernacular - I am not a programmer), and they can't be bothered to track it down.

    Hello Moderator,

     

    Thanks for your reply. All of your suggestions are elementary. We've all done that many, many times, and still the filters do not appear. We need a more advanced solution.
