Feed Zoom survey results into Salesforce

Is there an integration to feed the results from Zoom surveys into Salesforce? We want to prompt Zoom attendees with a survey as soon as the Zoom session ends and then feed those survey results into a Salesforce on a Contact or Lead

Looking into that, it seems that you can use the Zapier integration which can be found in the Zoom App Marketplace: https://marketplace.zoom.us/

I'm on the Zapier site but I don't see any integrations for Zoom surveys to a SFDC contact or lead. I only see connections for web registrants and meetings to  SFDC leads and contacts

In this case, I suggest reaching out to Zapier and ask them if they do support it.
