Feature Request: To hide profile picture in some meetings and display in others.

Meeting attendees need a toggle switch for the profile picture please.  In the event, I need to hide the profile picture I would like my name to appear.  However, kicking the thought down the road others may want a scene options.  Otherwise, I absolutely need to display my profile picture.
