Failed to install zoom, error code:10088. so what's wrong with it?

    Please follow the steps outlined in this article to update Zoom successfully: Zoom Error Code 10008.

    CarlaA, the error is 10088 not 10008, those are different errors and in different platforms.

    Hi @Francisco_C  My apologies, I must have misread the error 😅

     

    In this case, the following steps should help get the old installation cleared, and get Zoom reinstalled and working for you.
     
    Could you please download and run the CleanZoom application, RESTART your computer when it's finished, and then download the Zoom app again?

Includes troubleshooting that may assist you in resolving the issue. Please review the article and let me know if you're able to successfully install Zoom!
