Hej. I made a local recording of a meeting but the file failed to fully convert and only 10 minutes of the 2 hour meeting successuly converted. Now I cant even find the file to convert and when I check the recorded meetings in the zoom app, the meeting also doesnt appear.
How do i recover the recording?

hi @Kabanshi
if the file failed to convert then the files are in the same place as recordings.
Folders docs/zoom/
and then name and date of meeting.
They will be video files if they converted and and named like clicktoconvert if not.
Click on them and the conversion should be started.
all the best
