Facebook live streaming

Each time I stream live on Facebook via zoom it usually show a dark background.  One need to click on the video before seeing images . Please I need help on how to fix it. Thanks

Thank you for your question. Do you have the ability to change your resolution to full HD 1080p as indicated in this support documentation? Also when you say "dark background" are you talking about the lighting of your video or are you talking about a dark background showing up as your virtual background?
