Export of registration data

Hi,

We are facing problems when generating the registration report for meetings.

It regularly happens that the downloaded csv data is incomplete, i.e. registrations shown in the meeting mask are not included in the registration report, e.g. the starting page of the meeeting shows 160 registrations, but the export data includes 154  data only, and the difference of 6 is indeed missing.

By now, we have not been able to find out the reason why data get lost during the export.

Has anyone faced this problem in the past and can give helpful advice?
