Exceeded Limit Recordings Not Found

Apparently we have exceeded our cloud recording limit. So, the recording is not located among the recorded meetings and also the record of the meeting is not in the list of previous meetings. Is there a way to locate that recording or did it not ever get recorded?

I saw that post but I still don’t see whether it’s possible to recover a recording that isn’t listed on the recorded files list.

I’m assuming you’ve followed the normal process of checking Trash, as outlined in this Zoom Support article:

Unfortunately if it’s not in either of those places, it’s no longer available.

In the post you first linked to the response says that nothing will be deleted. Is that true or has our recording been deleted?
