Durante todo el 2022 he estado pagando el importe de 16.65 EUR y me he encontrado que al momento de realizar mis reuniones, ocurre que siempre se cortan a los 40 minutos; pero como dije mes a mes pagó. 

Quiero saber que es lo que está falso y como me pueden ayudar a solucionar el problema.
