    is this your Zoom account? Are you logging into an account for your own email address?

     

    If you are logging into someone else’s account, that’s against Zoom’s Terms of Service. Zoom isn’t likely to help you in this case. 

    If it is your account, have you checked your spam and junk mail folders?
