Error code 10004 when window pops up "unable to install updates"

    I tried this and it doesn't work. There is no UNINSTALL ZOOM BUTTON  to click. This is all so confusing. I am having to miss meetings because of this.

    Hi @2Fine thank you for your reply! Are you using Windows or macOS?

     

    Just confirming, but in attempt to Uninstalling and reinstalling the Zoom application you're saying that from the KB on Zoom error code 10004 you're unable to find the 'Uninstall Zoom' option? 

     

     

    Within that KB, there is Additional troubleshooting if the first option does not work, suggest trying that and let me know if that resolves your issue! 🙂
