Error code 0. Screen share not available.

As if two days ago, I can't use my screen share. It says Error 0. Now, I was in another class this morning, and I couldn't view the teacher's screen share either. What's going on? Please help.

    Hello,

     

    According to the information from Zoom’s support  website, the crash with code 0 appears due to:

    • Unsuccessful update of the program (in the case of certain versions).
    • Incorrect work of antivirus software, for example, partial blocking of Zoom.
    • Damage to its components, necessary files.

    How to fix it

     

    • Reinstall Zoom
      To fix this issue, you must reinstall Zoom.
    • Uninstall Zoom.
      Download and install the latest version of Zoom.
