Error Code | Unable to login to access paid Zoom account. How do I talk to a person versus a robot?

I am unable to login to access my paid Zoom account. How do I talk to a Zoom representative versus a robot? When I attempt to login it goes back to the blank login page every time. Does this mean I am locked out of my account?  If so, how do I get some help? So far, everything is automated and has not helped me at all.

    is this a new account or an existing account that stopped working?

    My account is an existing paid account. I have never had this problem, and I cannot get into my account to access any information.  I scheduled a meeting on Wednesday, sent the meeting links out to participants, and I could not log in to have the meeting. When I enter my Apple info, the page returns to a blank login page to re-enter my info again.  My info has not changed.  So far, the Ai Bot hasn't helped, nor any of the articles.    

    Once I try to enter my login, part of the link shows "error=access_denied." I have no idea what the error is about.

    How do I open a ticket? When I select the link, I do not see where I can open a ticket? Do I have to have a paid account because I cannot access my paid account?

      try resetting you password and then login to the zoom web portal to submit a support ticket if still required.

      Ich glaube ihr versteht das Problem nicht wirklich. Es kann kein Paswort resettet werden, wenn man Apple Login nutzt! Es gibt keine Möglichkeit in den Account zu kommen.
