Error Code 69: Unable to join E2EE meeting

I am unable to join a meeting after many attempts and receive an error message with error code 69 telling me that I need to enable End to end encryption to join the meeting. (Attached) E2EE was already enabled on my advanced settings so I disabled it then re-enabled it which required a verification SMS sent to my phone number. This did not solve the problem. I am able to host meetings and join other meetings but not this one.  Please advise.

Thanks

What version of the client are you having now? If it's not update to date, is it feasible for you to upgrade it to the latest version?
