When joining a meeting, there is an error code 13215 displayed. We are not sure what the cause. Would you pls help me to solve the issue. (Zoom accout have been paid)

Yes with paid Pro acct, 0-9 users

It is a restriction specifically targeted at participants from China by ZOOM. They must upgrade to a paid subscription in order to join the meeting, while participants from other regions do not need to.

I was not able to connect with my student. I purchased Zoom. I was then able to meet when she went to her mom's work. Then the next time we met, it gave this error code, a nd she was at her moms work again.

Having the same issue. Purchased 1-year subscription but users in China can't join meeting. Requesting a refund.
